We only ship to Switzerland. All shipping is free of charge.
Shipping times vary depending on the warehouse your items come from. For the same reason, your order may be split into multiple shipments, so that you can receive each ordered item as soon as possible.
All shipments are due to be delivered within 4-6 business days of order placement, but usually much quicker. In exceptional cases, when global shipment routes are disrupted, there can be some additional waiting time and you will be notified in due course.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a limited period of 7 calendar days, counted from the day of reception, during which you can decide to return the items you purchased on our website. In all cases, items should be intact, unworn and returned their original packaging with all their tags, dustbag or any other attachments they come with.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us by filling the form, always including the order number and the items you would like to return, and the reason of your return.
- Wait until we process your return and give you instructions regarding the shipping.
- Put the items your want to return in their original wrapping (paper wrap, dustbag, etc.).
- Put the wrapped items in a good quality box the same size as the items to be returned. It can be the same box the products came in as long as it’s still in a perfect state and all the shipping tags removed.
- Close the box properly with packaging tape.
- If it’s a wrong or defect item, then print and attach the shipping label we provide you to return the items and follow our instructions to hand the package over to the shipping company.
- If it’s an item that you decided to return because it doesn’t fit or you simply don’t like it, then please ship it back by Swiss Post or any other shipping agent of your choice to the address we provide you.
How to Exchange an Item
We don’t offer direct exchanges. For any exchange please follow the instructions for returning an item.
